This is the fifth-part of a seven-part series covering all scriptures in the Gospel according to John. The thirteenth chapter covers Jesus' example and statements about footwashing. Dr. Thiel explains that many who professed Christ kept this practice throughout the church age. Biblical, Catholic, and Protestant sources are discussed related to footwashing. All the verses of chapters 14 and 15 were also covered, including a discussion of certain misconceptions of the Godhead as well as the type of fruits Jesus expects His followers to produce.
