Louis Rubin goes over 4 ways to determine if someone is a true prophet according to COGWA (Church of God a Worldwide Association) and mentions that Bob Thiel meets the four criteria published. He mentioned that true COG ministers should point their followers to listen to a true prophet and watchman. He decries the fact that most do not do that, but also mentions that the Bible is clear that most of God's people often did not care for His prophets.
