If Adam ate from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, God told him he would surely die. Even though Adam had the choice of eating from the Tree of Life, he chose to eat of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, which is another way of saying he chose to eat of the Tree of Death. All of Mankind followed in Adam's footsteps. All except Jesus Christ. Yet Jesus Christ died. Why? Is there any significance between the death of Jesus Christ and God's Holy Day called Passover? What was Passed Over on that Holy Day? Is the Holy Day of Passover the first step in God's plan to redeem His family from eternal death to eternal life? This sermon answers these questions.
