pledge myself, throughout the remaining time God grants me, to uphold the Constitutional principles at the heart of our nation,” the King said.
“And wherever you may live in the United Kingdom, or in the Realms and territories across the world, and whatever may be your background or beliefs, I shall endeavor to serve you with loyalty, respect and love, as I have throughout my life,” he added. …

King Charles III wants the UK to do well, but it will not do as well as he hopes.

Regarding his possible role, yesterday, I posted the following:

Charles III as the Great Reset king

The former Prince of Wales was one of the people who were the first to openly acknowledge the world transformation under the guise of sustainability via the “Great Reset”. When Schwab published his manifesto, Charles presented the “Great Reset Project” at the WEF on the same day. He spoke of a “golden opportunity” in which there is only a limited window of opportunity for a power grab enabled by technology. He spoke of a “global Marshall Plan” and in this context praised the “calls for action in the wake of the Great Reset”. Now, let’s look at the scriptures I pointed to:

11 Ephraim also is like a silly dove, without sense—They call to Egypt, They go to Assyria. 12 Wherever they go, I will spread My net on them; I will bring them down like birds of the air; I will chastise them, According to what their congregation has heard. (Hosea 7:11-12)

There is nothing that I am aware of in world history that shows that Ephraim calls to Egypt after Hosea was written in a manner to fulfill that prophecy.

From a religious perspective, notice that the UK Guardian reported the following:

“Charles shares his mother’s faith and devotion, though it has a slightly different complexion – perhaps more naturally high church, with a particular affinity for and interest in eastern Orthodox Christianity.” The new king has also shown great interest in non-Christian faiths, especially Islam and Judaism.
In 1994, Charles triggered controversy when he said he would be defender of faith rather than Defender of the Faith, in a desire to reflect Britain’s religious diversity. There were suggestions that the coronation oath might be altered.
In 2015, he clarified his position in an interview with BBC Radio 2, saying his views had been misinterpreted. He said: “As I tried to describe, I mind about the inclusion of other people’s faiths and their freedom to worship in this country. And it’s always seemed to me that, while at the same time being Defender of the Faith, you can also be protector of faiths.”
He pointed out that the Queen had said her role was “not to defend Anglicanism to the exclusion of other religions. Instead, the Church [of England] has a duty to protect the free practice of all faiths in this country. I think in that sense she was confirming what I was really trying to say – perhaps not very well – all those years ago.”

The fact that King Charles III has such international connections, like to the World Economic Forum as well as being somewhat interfaith-ecumenical, suggests he believes he has international connections that will benefit his nation.

It appears likely that British’s King Charles III or one of his descendants will be a leader involved in making some of these contacts. But presuming that is so, that will not save the British.

The UK needs national repentance. Notice that lack of repentance is listed as a reason that the King of Assyria (the final King of the North) will become Ephraim’s king:

3 I taught Ephraim to walk…5…But the Assyrian shall be his king, Because they refused to repent. 6 And the sword shall slash in his cities, Devour his districts, And consume them, Because of their own counsels. 7 My people are bent on backsliding from Me. Though they call to the Most High, None at all exalt Him. (Hosea 11:3a, 5b-7)

The prophesied shame is starting to come upon the Anglo-American powers (Ephraim represents the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand in prophecy). Without repentance, increased pride is occurring, and this will be followed by the prophesied destruction of the Anglo-nations. And yes, other nations have their sins, but they will be punished later.

People individually and the nations collectively need to repent, because truly the end is near. Those who think that they will be able to wait until the last moment (which will probably be sometime in the next decade) are deceiving themselves as a strong delusion will come upon the world then.

King Charles will not be able to save the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
