Jesus' disciples wanted to know how to increase their faith. Jesus and the apostles gave many ways to increase faith. In this sermon, Dr. Thiel discusses various of those ways. He goes over the examples in Hebrews 11 (often called the 'faith chapter') as well as numerous scriptures in the Old and New Testaments. He discusses living as a Christian, putting God to the test (Malachi 3), and enduring. He also discusses the reward and purpose God has for His people, improper arguments against the Ten Commandments, what sin is, and Jesus' comments on worry. He discusses prayer, fasting, and hearing the word of God. He teaches that through God's grace Christians are cleansed of sin through the blood of Jesus and that while we are to live as a Christian, that we are not saved by works.
