There was another Islamic terrorist attack in France today:

Eighty people were killed and another 50 hurt in Nice, France, Thursday night after a truck filled with grenades and weapons plowed through a crowd celebrating Bastille Day in the resort town, according to French authorities.
Eighteen people were hurt critically, the Associated Press reported.
The French Interior Ministry issued a statement on Twitter saying the driver of the truck was dead. “The individual who drove the truck was neutralized,” the ministry statement read. “The investigation will determine whether he acted alone.” …

According to Nice Matin, the driver of the lorry which killed more than 70 people was a man of Tunisian origin from Nice.
The man, believed to be 31, fired on crowds of people before he was shot dead by police. …

Nice Maton is a French newspaper. The shooter’s name was Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel according to the Nice Matin newspaper.

Anyway, since 98% of Tunisians are Muslim and many were terrorized, this looks like another Islamic terrorist strike.

Also, there are Islamic writings that encourage terrorism. Notice something from the Qur’an:

The incidents in Paris and Brussels in the past year or two, combined with the Orlando and San Bernadino killings in the USA, has gotten the international community in a position that it will not put up with Islamic terrorism indefinitely without major action.

As far as France goes, I have warned that it would be subject to Islamic terrorism in the past, and it looks like that again.

It is likely that troubles for the French will include violent civil unrest.
The Bible shows that terrorism is prophesied for descendants of Israel, and that would include the French:
14 ‘But if you do not obey Me, and do not observe all these commandments, 15 and if you despise My statutes, or if your soul abhors My judgments, so that you do not perform all My commandments, but break My covenant, 16 I also will do this to you: I will even appoint terror over you, wasting disease and fever which shall consume the eyes and cause sorrow of heart. And you shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it. 17 I will set My face against you, and you shall be defeated by your enemies. Those who hate you shall reign over you, and you shall flee when no one pursues you. (Leviticus 26:14-17)
25 The sword shall destroy outside; There shall be terror within (Deuteronomy 32:25)
12 “Cry and wail, son of man; For it will be against My people, Against all the princes of Israel. Terrors including the sword will be against My people; Therefore strike your thigh. (Ezekiel 21:12) 12 Behold, these are the ungodly,Who are always at ease; They increase in riches…19 Oh, how they are brought to desolation, as in a moment! They are utterly consumed with terrors. (Psalms 73:12,19)
25 Because you disdained all my counsel, And would have none of my rebuke, 26 I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your terror comes, 27 When your terror comes like a storm, And your destruction comes like a whirlwind, When distress and anguish come upon you. (Proverbs 1:25-27)
5 Also they are afraid of height, And of terrors in the way (Ecclesiastes 12:5).
More terrorism should be expected in France, as well as other parts of Europe and the USA and Canada, etc.
As France has economic problems and a high Islamic population (“the terror within”?), those factors will likely collide and cause a backlash by the French.

But it is not just France, we will see more civil unrest in Europe, as well as the USA. And yes, more major terrorist attacks.

If we see substantial terrorist events in October or early November of this year, this would tend to help Donald Trump politically as he is considered to be a stronger leader than Hillary Clinton on matters like terrorism.

But Donald Trump will not be able to solve the problem, as the prophesies cited earlier in this post also apply to the USA (though a temporal cessation of terrorism will likely happen (see The ‘Peace Deal’ of Daniel 9:27).
