Russia and Syria are being accused of arming migrants to destabilize Europe:

Russia and Syria are deliberately using migration as an aggressive strategy towards Europe, the senior Nato commander in Europe has said.
US Gen Philip Breedlove said they were “weaponising” migration to destabilise and undermine the continent.
He also suggested that criminals, extremists and fighters were hiding in the flow of migrants.
Migrants are continuing to accumulate in Greece, after Macedonia stopped allowing more than a trickle through.
New figures suggest last year’s total of one million seaborne migrants could be matched well before the end of the year. …
Gen Breedlove is the head of the US European Command as well as Nato’s Supreme Allied Commander Europe.
He told the US Senate Armed Services Committee that the crisis was allowing Russia to use non-military means to create divisions in the Nato alliance and Europe.
Russia and Syria’s leader Bashar al-Assad, Gen Breedlove said, were “deliberately weaponising migration in an attempt to overwhelm European structures and break European resolve”.
He cited the use of barrel bombs – unguided weapons – against civilians in Syria. The only purpose of these indiscriminate attacks was to terrorise Syrian citizens and “get them on the road” to create problems for other countries, Gen Breedlove said.
Gen Breedlove added that violent extremists, fighters and criminals – including elements from the extremist Islamic State group – were in the mix of migrants.http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-35706238
Bible prophecy indicates that Syrians will cause problems in the end times::
11 Therefore the Lord shall set up The adversaries of Rezin against him, And spur his enemies on, 12 The Syrians before and the Philistines behind; And they shall devour Israel with an open mouth. (Isaiah 9:11-12)
Notice that the above prophecy involves “Israel.” This would seem to include Israel’s descendants in Europe, like those in the UK, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Norway, and Sweden (as well as those in lands like the USA and Canada–who also seem intent on bringing in Syrian migrants).
This devouring would likely include future terrorist attacks. Terrorism is prophesied:
25 The sword shall destroy outside; There shall be terror within (Deuteronomy 32:25)
12 “Cry and wail, son of man; For it will be against My people, Against all the princes of Israel. Terrors including the sword will be against My people; Therefore strike your thigh. (Ezekiel 21:12)
Interestingly, a Catholic Cardinal does not believe that anyone should try to convert the Muslim migrants:

Christians assisting migrants should love them “without hidden intentions” and not try to convert them, says a leading cardinal at the Vatican.

The Vatican has an interfaith and ecumenical agenda, and apparently it wants to wait before pushing Muslims more into its faith.
Will the influx of armed migrants be the ‘end of Europe’ or lead to the rise of the Beast of Revelation?
Well, a bit of both.
Europe will exist, but not as it does today. The Bible shows Europe will have various reorganizations. Notice two of them:
12 “The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet, but they receive authority for one hour as kings with the beast. 13 These are of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast. (Revelation 17:12-13)
A more dictatorial and warring Europe will emerge (Revelation 13:4), so in that sense it will be the end of post WWII Europe. And as the above shows, it will lead to the rise of the Beast of Revelation.
This final European Beast leader, who is also known as the final King of the North, will ultimately promote his religion (Daniel 11:36-38; which will not be Islam. He will at first feign and claim a slightly different form of Roman Catholicism (cf. Daniel 11:38; Revelation 17). He ultimately will destroy the USA and its Anglo-Saxon allies (Daniel 11:39).
Despite Cardinal Müller ‘s public comments, Muslims will either convert or face problems. And then the Bible shows the King of the North Beast power will takeover the predominantly Islamic nations in the Middle East and North Africa (Daniel 11:40-43).
As I have written for years, Islamic issues will be a factor in the rise of this Beast leader. Arming migrants, if that is what Russia and Syria are doing, will likely hasten the end.
An end, where after problems, the Europeans will dominate the world economy for a time (Revelation 18). The Europeans are taking steps now to make this happen, but they are generally ignored by the mainstream press (see also European Technology and the Beast of Revelation and World War III: Steps in Progress).
Perhaps it should be mentioned, that despite the views of someProtestant prophecy watchers, this Beast leader is NOT Russian (see also Is Russia the King of the North?). Despite claims from people like Joel Richardson, this Beast leader is also NOT Islamic (see also Is There an Islamic Antichrist?).
What has been happening is that since Russia has intervened in Syria, more in Syria want to flee to Europe and the USA. This will not bode well for Europe nor the USA according to prophecy.
